Hi,

i have boiler Burnit PLB 15kw. i would like to find the way to access remotely .. please if anyone can help me or have related experience with board installed , manufacture is Naturella. please let me know here!

The best way is to write Naturela and ask them how you can achieve this. As long as they do not sell this controller to any other company or person they are the only correct source of information.

i have contacted with them and they told me that my current board controller has not opcional modules to do it.
the controler board that i have is exactly same as npbc NPBC-V3, it has also rs232 port and i can connect my laptop to upgrade the board, but the software called "npbc_monitor", seems that is not allowed to read data from my current board :-(

so this is the point where i'm, trying to find the way to connect remotely to my boiler or at least can read data of boiler to apply the best setup

Their answer often depends too much of what they promised or expect from the "big customer" - burnit. I personally was told that Greyko dont want and do not support monitoring program, but some versions works let say 98-99% of all functionality.

So there are few options:
- try to find as much as you can different versions of the program and give it a try. Maybe you can find compatible.
- they just shut off this functionality
- changed communication protocol.

When I have posted my advise I was thinking about WiFi module and online monitoring...

I have try to download several versions of monitoring..lalala.exe but nothink works.. :-/ so the only idea that i have is try to read directly rs232 with any software propietary...
